Are you having problems logging on to members only? Here are some common symptoms
and solutions:
- Forgotten password: Please call or email us and we will send you
your logon credentials. You must send the email from the email address we
have on file for you, so it is important to always let us know when you
change email addresses. (Please don't assume we will get your change of
email address from one of those automated notification system when you
change!) You may email either of the following addresses for help with your
password:
Nancy at hamradio@couragecenter.org
Pat at patt@couragecenter.org
Or you may call Nancy at 763-520-0512 or Pat at 763-520-0511.
- On Fridays, evenings, or over the weekend, it is best to email Pat at wa0tda@arrl.net
for password help. Telephone support is not available weekends, evenings,
or on holidays, but I can often get my wa0tda@arrl.net
email and send you a reply so you won't have to wait.
- Password doesn't work: See the
password problems page.
- Can't find where to log in? Try this:
http://www.handiham.org/user?
- I have the correct username and password, but it refuses to log me on. Check
your "caps lock" key. It has probably been mistakenly
pressed and you are typing capital letters. You cannot logon with any
capital letters in the username (your callsign) or the password. Only
lower-case is acceptable. The one exception to this is if you have been set
up especially with some other combination of letters and numbers. Use the
username & password you were sent, and if it does not work, let us
know.
Any other questions? let us know!
